What are some reasons people seek therapy?
Beginning the journey of psychotherapy is a brave and rewarding experience. The relationship with your therapist is unlike any other relationship you will have. For some people it is the beginning of breaking free of chains that have prevented them from achieving their potential. For others it means understanding why unhealthy patterns of behavior continue to reemerge in life and in relationships. For some it means deepening their understanding of themselves and improving their quality of life. For all it is a valuable and worthwhile investment in hope
